Retired First Sergeant Alfonso Nixon II is the Owner and Principal Consultant of Technology, Logistics, Consulting, Inc. (TLC, Inc.), bringing more than 24 years of aviation, logistics, and operations leadership experience to government and commercial clients. He served over 20 years in the United States Army, including 9+ years in Special Operations Aviation, and retired in October 2010 as an E-8 First Sergeant with the 101st Airborne Division. His distinguished military career includes multiple deployments and honors such as three Bronze Star Medals and the Order of St. Michael.

Following military retirement, Al transitioned seamlessly into aviation operations analysis and business development, where he has continued to deliver results through data-driven decision making, contract support, and program oversight.
